CCTV Technician – Job Description
Designation: CCTV Technician
Department: ELV / IT
Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV/IP camera systems.
- Perform camera mounting, cabling, termination, testing, and commissioning.
- Configure NVR/DVR, switches, PoE, storage, and remote viewing.
- Troubleshoot CCTV, networking, and connectivity issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and resolve site-level technical issues.
- Prepare installation reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, project teams, and customers.
- Follow safety standards and ensure quality installation with minimum rework.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of CCTV, IP cameras, NVR/DVR, PoE, and networking.
- Basic knowledge of LAN, IP addressing, and network troubleshooting.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
KPI: 95% Installation Quality & 0% Rework.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
