Recruiter - UK shift
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates while partnering with hiring managers to fill roles efficiently and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the offer process.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ATS records.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Requirements:
- Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
