Key Responsibilities
Own the roadmap and delivery of Validation Engineering IT solutions supporting SiL, HiL, XiL, simulation, testing, and release validation ecosystems.
Lead and develop a high-performing team of software engineers, DevOps engineers, platform specialists, and solution architects.
Establish KPI-driven governance covering platform adoption, validation throughput, automation coverage, productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Ensure reliable operations, security, scalability, and continuous improvement of validation platforms and infrastructure.
