Spa Manager – Job Profile

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the spa and salon to ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage spa therapists, salon staff, and front desk team including scheduling and performance monitoring.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and hospitality in line with luxury hotel expectations.
- Achieve monthly revenue targets and business KPIs.
- Monitor inventory, spa products, and retail sales.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
- Handle guest feedback and service recovery when required.
- Coordinate with hotel management and other departments for smooth operations.
- Conduct staff training and grooming sessions.
- Implement sales strategies, membership programs, and promotions to increase revenue.
Requirements
- 3–6 years experience in spa / wellness / luxury hotel spa operations.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of spa therapies, wellness treatments, and salon services.
- Experience in revenue management and guest relations.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
Preferred
- Experience working with luxury hotel spas or wellness brands.
- Knowledge of spa software / booking systems.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
