We are a real estate BPO firm looking for a researcher to uncover property ownership history and locate missing heirs for properties with clouded or unresolved titles. **You must already know how to navigate U.S. county records independently.
## Key Responsibilities
* **Track Title Chains:** Pull and read U.S. county deed records to trace ownership history.
* **Verify Records:** Cross-reference property data using tax assessor and appraisal district websites.
* **Trace Heirs:** When an owner is deceased, build multi-generational family trees and calculate exact legal ownership shares.
* **Document & Report:** Locate probate filings/affidavits, log missing documents, and write clean, standardized research reports.
## Requirements :
* **Hands-on Experience:** Proven ability to pull deeds and analyze title chains without supervision.
* **System Fluency:** Confident navigating online U.S. county clerk, tax, and court records (even old or clunky systems).
* **High Accuracy:** Flawless attention to names, dates, and fractional math.
* **Clear Writing:** Strong, organized written English.
### Preferred:
* Only Experience Persons with Background as a title examiner, abstractor, paralegal, or genealogy researcher.
* Familiarity with probate, affidavits of heirship, or Texas intestate law.
