NABH Protocol well versed nurses from 3-7 years of experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Nursing (B.Sc./M.Sc.).
- Supervision: Overseeing nursing care across hospital units, including inpatient wards, outpatient departments (OPD), and operating theatres.
- Administrative Support: Assisting the Nursing Superintendent in managing the nursing department, acting as the liaison between management and nursing staff.
- Staff Management: Managing staff duty rotations, conducting performance evaluations, providing counselling, and leading training initiatives.
- Quality and Safety: Ensuring compliance with nursing protocols, auditing care delivery, and managing infection control programs.
- Resource Management: Assisting with the procurement, maintenance, and distribution of hospital linens, equipment, and medical supplies.
- Reporting: Conducting regular rounds, receiving reports from night staff, and providing regular updates to the Nursing Superintendent.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
