Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in purchasing medicines and healthcare products.
- Dispense medicines only against valid prescriptions under the supervision of the pharmacist, as per company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional behavior.
- Arrange and replenish medicine stocks on shelves.
- Check product expiry dates and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy.
- Generate bills and handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
- Assist in inventory management, stock verification, and receiving new stock.
- Inform customers about medicine availability and alternatives approved by the pharmacist.
- Coordinate with the Pharmacy Incharge for stock shortages and customer requirements.
- Follow all pharmacy regulations, company policies, and SOPs.
- Support the team during peak business hours and maintain a positive work environment.
Eligibility
- Qualification: Any Degree, Diploma, or Intermediate (D.Pharm/B.Pharm candidates are an added advantage).
- Experience: 0–3 years in pharmacy or retail sales.
- Freshers with a genuine interest in pharmacy retail are welcome to apply.
Required Skills
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and billing skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible.
Working Hours
- Rotational shifts (Day/Night) as per business requirements.
- Weekly rotational off as per company policy.
