Position: social worker
1. conduct psychosocial assessments of clients and families.
2. Take detailed case history and prepare case records.
3. Provide individual, family, and group counselling.
4. Motivate clients for treatment adherence and relapse prevention.
5. Educate families about addiction, recovery, and support systems.
6. Coordinate with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and other team members.
7. Conduct home visits and community outreach programs when required.
8. Maintain documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
9. Assist clients in accessing welfare schemes and rehabilitation services.
10. Organize awareness programs on substance abuse prevention.
Required Qualification:
MSW (Medical & Psychiatric Social Work preferred) Counselling and documentation skills
Position: psychologist
1. Conduct psychological assessments and mental status examinations.
2. Administer and interpret psychological tests when required.
3. Assess addiction severity, personality, cognition, and emotional functioning.
4. Provide individual psychotherapy and counselling.
5. Conduct group therapy sessions.
6. Develop treatment and relapse-prevention plans.
7. Help clients manage cravings, stress, anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. 8. Monitor treatment progress and prepare psychological reports.
9. Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and nursing staff.
10. Maintain confidential clinical records and documentation.
Required Qualification: psychologist
M.A./B.Sc Psychology, M.Sc. Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Counselling Psychology Knowledge of addiction treatment and counselling techniques
Pay: ₹9,155.28 - ₹15,000.00 per month
