During your time in Phoenix, you’ll collaborate with some of the best talent in the e‑commerce industry and work on projects aligned with your interests and abilities. This experience is designed to empower you, build your skills, and potentially open the door to full‑time opportunities at Myntra.
Drive the buying and merchandising functions within the organization, leading a team to achieve strategic goals and objectives effectively. - Develop, implement, and execute buying strategies to optimize assortment, pricing, and promotion plans to meet sales and margin targets. - Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to negotiate terms, , and ensure timely delivery of merchandise. - Utilize market trends, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to make informed decisions and drive product selection and assortment planning. - Monitor inventory levels, sales performance, and profitability to identify opportunities for improvement and propose actionable solutions. - Implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility, drive sales, and maximize customer satisfaction. - Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to adjust to buying and merchandising strategies as needed.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree from NIFT/Pearl, Buying & Merchandising, or related field. - 4-8 years of experience in buying and merchandising roles, preferably in retail or e-commerce industry. - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive results. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis tools, and merchandising software. - Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of retail math, inventory management, pricing strategies, and merchandising concepts.
