Job Title: Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Job Summary
The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with patients, doctors, insurance companies, TPAs, corporate organizations, government departments, and referral partners. The PRO will promote the hospital's services, enhance the hospital's reputation, and support business growth through effective communication and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate with TPAs, insurance companies, CGHS, ECHS, GIC, Ayushman Bharat, and other empanelment agencies.
- Visit corporate offices, industries, and institutions to promote hospital services and corporate health programs.
- Handle patient queries and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Organize health camps, awareness programs, CME events, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for branding and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor patient feedback and work with departments to improve service quality.
- Prepare daily visit reports, weekly activity reports, and monthly performance reports.
- Maintain a database of referral doctors, corporate clients, and business partners.
- Ensure timely follow-up on empanelment applications and business development opportunities.
- Represent the hospital at healthcare events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.
- Achieve monthly targets for referrals, corporate tie-ups, and business development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or any relevant field.
- 2–3 years of experience in hospital marketing, healthcare sales, or public relations (preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of hospital operations, TPAs, insurance processes, and healthcare marketing.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Good presentation and networking skills.

- Number of doctor and corporate visits per month.
- New referral doctors and corporate tie-ups generated.
- Increase in patient referrals and revenue.
- Successful empanelments with TPAs, insurance companies, and government schemes.
