Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair laser and inkjet printers.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers at customer locations.
- Repair hardware issues including fuser, formatter board, power supply, rollers, pickup assembly, scanner unit, and carriage assembly.
- Replace spare parts and perform preventive maintenance.
- Install printer drivers and configure printers on Windows networks.
- Troubleshoot USB, LAN, and Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
- Handle breakdown calls and provide on-site customer support.
- Prepare service reports after each visit.
Required Skills
- Experience repairing HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Ricoh, Xerox, Kyocera, or Konica Minolta printers.
- Knowledge of laser and inkjet printers.
- Basic networking and printer driver installation.
- Good troubleshooting and customer handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for field service.
Preferred Qualification
- ITI / Diploma / Graduate
- 1–5 years of printer service experience
- Two-wheeler preferred (if field service role)
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
