* Installation, commissioning, and servicing of display, AV, networking, and IT solutions
* Handling customer complaints and providing timely technical support
* Troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and connectivity-related issues
* Conducting product demonstrations and basic user training
* Preparing service reports and updating job status
* Coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction* Minimum 2 years of relevant service/support experience preferred
* Good communication skills in English are mandatory
* Strong presentation and customer-handling skills
* Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
* Knowledge of display solutions, audio-video solutions, networking, hardware, and software is required
* Experience with interactive panels, LED walls, AV equipment, IT hardware, or related products will be an advantage
* Willingness to travel for customer-site visits, installations, and service support
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
