Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal to support the Legal team in managing legal documentation, contract administration, compliance activities, and corporate legal records. The ideal candidate will assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, maintaining statutory records, conducting legal research, and ensuring timely compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence.
- Maintain and update legal records, statutory registers, licenses, and compliance-related documentation.
- Support the legal team in conducting legal research and preparing legal opinions, case files, and compliance reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect, verify, and process legal documentation and obtain necessary approvals.
- Monitor contract renewals, statutory filings, licenses, and regulatory compliance deadlines to ensure timely action.
- Maintain confidentiality of legal, contractual, and company-sensitive information at all times.
- Assist in corporate secretarial activities, regulatory filings, and other legal compliance requirements.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital legal records for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
- Support the preparation of legal presentations, reports, and documentation required by management.
- Perform other legal and administrative responsibilities assigned by the Legal team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or an equivalent qualification.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Internship or project experience in legal documentation, compliance, or corporate law will be an added advantage.
