We are looking for an experienced Sale Manager with hands-on experience in trading PP, PET, copper, aluminum, brass, lithium batteries, and e-waste scrap. The ideal candidate should have a strong network in the market and practical knowledge of sourcing, purchasing, and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Procure and source raw materials like PP, PET, copper, aluminum, brass, lithium batteries, and e-waste scrap.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with suppliers and buyers.
- Monitor market trends and develop competitive pricing strategies.
- Handle purchase and sales documentation, billing, and logistics efficiently.
- Manage inventory and ensure timely deliveries.
- Contribute to company profit margins through cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with legal and environmental regulations related to scrap and metal trading.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in metal trading or e-waste scrap industry.
- Strong understanding of market rates, quality standards, and material grading.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple suppliers and buyers simultaneously.
- Existing business network in scrap, metal, or battery trading is preferred.
- Knowledge of safety standards and recycling regulations.
