About the Role
We are looking for a B2B Sales Executive / Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in selling SaaS, CRM, software, or PropTech solutions.
Experience selling Real Estate CRM / PropTech solutions to builders, developers, brokers, or real-estate businesses will be strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and acquire new B2B clients in the real-estate sector.
- Identify decision-makers and understand their business and CRM requirements.
- Conduct product demos and presentations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on B2B sales experience in SaaS, CRM, software, or technology products.
- Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, product demos, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Experience selling CRM, SaaS, ERP, or other business software is preferred.
- Real Estate CRM / PropTech sales experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience selling to builders, developers, brokers, or real-estate businesses is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong new-business/hunting mindset.
- Willingness to work from office in Bangalore.

Candidates who have actively sold software/technology solutions to businesses and are comfortable with prospecting, conducting demos, handling objections, negotiating, and closing deals.
Candidates from Real Estate CRM, PropTech, SaaS, CRM, ERP, or B2B software sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹350,837.33 - ₹600,003.84 per year
