JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make outbound calls to potential customers interested in rooftop solar solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads from provided databases, online inquiries, and marketing campaigns.
- Explain the benefits of solar rooftop systems, including electricity savings, government subsidies, and environmental benefits.
- Understand customer requirements such as electricity consumption, roof area, location, and type of property.
- Collect electricity bills and other basic information required for preparing a solar proposal.
- Schedule appointments/site visits for the sales or technical team.
- Regularly follow up with interested customers and convert leads into confirmed sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales, engineering, and installation teams for smooth customer handling.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide basic information about installation, pricing, subsidy, and the process.
- Achieve assigned targets for calls, lead generation, appointments, and conversions.
- Reconnect with old or inactive leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Collect customer feedback and maintain good customer relationships.
- Stay updated on solar products, market trends, government schemes, and company offerings.
- Maintain proper records of call status, follow-up dates, remarks, and next actions
- Prepare and submit daily calling reports.
- Ensure that customer data and contact information are kept confidential.
- Call customers who have shown interest through websites, social media, advertisements, references, or other campaigns.
