We are looking for someone who can help strengthen:
- Social media distribution systems
- Audience understanding
- Emotional storytelling from authentic experiences
This is NOT a typical social media manager role.
You should deeply understand:
- Creator economy
- Audience psychology, behavior, and challenges
- Content positioning and distribution
- Internet culture and trends
Your Main Role:
- Understand our audience deeply: challenges, pain points, roadblocks, and what emotionally connects with them
- Research and extract authentic moments from Him eesh’s journey, struggles, learnings, trainings, stage shows, coaching, travels, and achievements
- Suggest emotionally resonant content angles without flaunting achievements
- Work with the team to plan content that connects, inspires, and educates audiences
- Support content distribution strategy to ensure consistency, reach, and engagement across platforms
Responsibilities:
Audience Understanding
- Study audience comments and behavior
- Identify emotional connection points, motivations, and shareable content triggers
- Bring insights regularly to guide content creation and posting strategy
Content Research & Storytelling
- Research authentic experiences from Him eesh’s journey
- Suggest content angles that are relatable, human, and inspiring
- Help the team uncover stories and moments that will resonate emotionally with audiences
Content Distribution Strategy
- Handle end-to-end content distribution across Instagram, YouTube, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter
- Ensure content is posted consistently and strategically
- Suggest improvements for formats, timings, hooks, captions, titles, thumbnails, and platform optimization
Trend & Internet Awareness
- Stay updated with internet culture, viral formats, top-performing creators, and platform algorithm changes
- Bring best practices and insights from other creators and industries to the team
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in creator economy, audience research, or content strategy
- Strong understanding of audience psychology and engagement trends
- Familiarity with YouTube and Instagram ecosystem
- Experience with creator-led brands, podcasts, or media companies is a plus

- Just writing captions or handling administrative tasks
