AWS Account Manager (Pune)
Location: Baner, Pune
Experience: 3-8 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing AWS customer accounts.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Conduct business reviews with key stakeholders (CTOs/CFOs).
- Build account growth plans and ensure customer retention.
- Support contract negotiations and cloud cost optimization discussions.
- Identify and mitigate customer churn risks.
Requirements:
- 3-8 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success within IT/Cloud.
- Experience managing enterprise or mid-market customer accounts.
- Strong client relationship and revenue growth skills.
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner preferred (AWS Solutions Architect Associate is a plus).
- Understanding of cloud usage, cost optimization, and account management.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
