Position: Salvagnini P4 Machine Programmer cum Operator
About the Role
Al Ameen Industries LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Salvagnini P4 Machine Programmer cum Operator to join our production facility in Umm Al Quwain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation and programming of the Salvagnini P4 panel bending system, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to production schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Programming: Create, edit, and optimize bending programs using Salvagnini software (e.g., OPS, Stream) for various sheet metal components.
- Operations: Set up and operate the Salvagnini P4 machine to perform precise bending operations according to technical drawings and engineering specifications.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the machine to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and dimensional accuracy.
- Efficiency: Monitor production flow, optimize cycle times, and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company health and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in operating and programming Salvagnini P4 or similar automated panel bending machines.
- Technical Skills: Strong ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints. Proficient in using CAD/CAM software related to sheet metal fabrication.
- Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of sheet metal properties, bend allowances, and machine parameters.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Education: Relevant technical diploma or certification in mechanical engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Language: Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
