Job Summary - Paras Trademart Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and technically sound Technical Support Executive/Application Support with a strong background in Food Technology. The role involves developing application prototypes, supporting customers with technical solutions, and working closely with channel partners and internal sales and marketing team to drive product adoption and business growth across multiple food segments.
Key Responsibilities
➢ Application Development & Technical Expertise Develop and demonstrate application prototypes/samples for customer evaluation across segments such as Bakery, Confectionery, Savory (Condiments), and Beverages Formulate recipes using knowledge of raw materials (RM) and base ingredients Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations and industry norms
➢ Customer Support & Sales Coordination Provide technical support to customers, addressing product-related queries and challenges Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless resolution of customer requirements Coordinate product trials at customer sites and support during implementation
➢ Project Management & Business Development Manage projects from sampling stage to customer feedback and final execution Understand channel partner product portfolios and recommend suitable solutions to customers.
➢ Marketing & Operations Support Assist in marketing activities, including content creation. Support backend operations when required. Contribute to data creation, documentation, and internal reporting.
Qualifications - Graduate/Postgraduate in Food Technology.
Required Skills -
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English .
Good knowledge of Excel and data handling.
Basic understanding of image/data creation and social media platforms Hands-on experience with lab instruments Problem-solving mindset with ability to work cross-functionally.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
