Job Title: E-commerce Executive
Job Responsibilities:
Handle daily operations of e-commerce platforms, especially Myntra.
Process and manage customer orders efficiently.
Generate shipping labels and ensure correct label placement on products.
Pack and dispatch orders as per company guidelines.
Coordinate with courier partners for timely pickups and deliveries.
Maintain inventory records and update stock availability.
Monitor order status, returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
Ensure accurate documentation and maintain dispatch records.
Resolve order-related issues and coordinate with internal teams.
Follow quality standards to ensure error-free order processing.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of Myntra seller panel and e-commerce operations.
Experience in label generation, packing, and dispatch.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, etc.).
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
