About the Company
UR Realty Solution Pvt. Ltd. is a growing real estate company focused on property sales, investment opportunities, land and residential projects. We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter who can support our growing team by identifying, attracting, and hiring suitable talent, particularly for our real estate sales and business development functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to joining.
- Recruit primarily for Real Estate Sales Executives, Telecallers, Business Development Executives, Sales Managers, Team Leaders, CRM Executives and other operational roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, WorkIndia, job portals, social media, references and other recruitment channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on communication skills, experience, stability, salary expectations and suitability for the position.
- Schedule and coordinate face-to-face and online interviews with department heads.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with shortlisted and selected candidates to improve the joining ratio.
- Prepare and issue offer/appointment-related documentation as per company policy.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Build a strong pipeline of candidates for frequently hired sales positions.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Assist management with manpower planning and recruitment requirements.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support basic HR activities, employee engagement and attendance coordination whenever required.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years of recruitment experience preferred.
- Previous experience in Real Estate Recruitment, Sales Recruitment, Staffing or Consultancy will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of major job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle bulk recruitment, particularly for sales positions.
- Good negotiation and candidate follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment tracking.
- Candidates with an existing database/network of real estate sales professionals will be preferred.

The HR Recruiter will be expected to:
