As our scan volumes, reporting complexity, and specialist network continue to grow, we are looking for a Reporting Operations Manager to ensure timely, accurate, and seamless report delivery across all diagnostic services.
Role Summary
The Operations Manager II – Reporting Operations will own the end-to-end reporting operations across Radiology, Blood Tests, and Genetics. The role is responsible for ensuring all reports are assigned, tracked, reviewed, published, and delivered within defined SLAs while maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
This role will work closely with Radiologists, Pathologists, Geneticists, Reporting Coordinators, Technology, and Customer Experience teams to drive operational excellence and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Reporting Operations
- Own the complete reporting workflow from scan completion to report delivery.
- Monitor reporting queues and ensure timely assignment to doctors.
- Ensure balanced workload distribution across reporting specialists.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks impacting report turnaround times.
2. Turnaround Time (TAT) Management
- Monitor Blood Report TAT.
- Monitor Scan Report Publishing TAT.
- Monitor Genetics Reporting TAT.
- Ensure reports are delivered within committed customer SLAs.
- Proactively escalate delays and drive timely resolution.
3. Doctor Management
- Coordinate with Radiologists, Pathologists, and Genetics specialists for daily reporting schedules.
- Manage doctor rosters, availability, and workload allocation.
- Ensure adequate reporting capacity during peak periods.
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for reporting doctors.
4. Reporting Quality & Accuracy
- Monitor reporting accuracy through regular quality audits.
- Identify recurring reporting errors and work with clinical leadership to implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to reporting SOPs and quality standards.
- Support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
5. Report Publishing & Delivery
- Ensure reports are reviewed, finalized, and published without unnecessary delays.
- Coordinate with Customer Experience teams for timely customer communication where required.
- Minimize report delivery failures and rework.
6. Operational Dashboards & Performance Monitoring
- Track daily reporting volumes across all diagnostic services.
- Publish operational dashboards highlighting TAT, backlog, accuracy, and doctor productivity.
- Identify trends and recommend process improvements.
7. Process Improvement
- Standardize reporting workflows across all modalities.
- Reduce manual interventions through automation and technology.
- Improve reporting efficiency while maintaining clinical quality.
- Drive initiatives to reduce turnaround times and enhance productivity.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or Master's degree is preferred.
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in healthcare operations, diagnostic operations, hospital operations, or clinical workflow management.
- Experience working with Radiology, Pathology, or diagnostic reporting teams is highly preferred.
- Experience managing doctor coordination and SLA-driven operations.
