About the Role
Gravton Motors is looking for an experienced Sr. Technician to support the manufacturing and assembly of electric vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Carry out EV assembly and production activities as per work instructions and production schedules.
- Assemble batteries, motors, controllers, wiring harnesses, and other EV components.
- Achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Perform basic in-process inspections and report defects or production issues to supervisors.
- Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures at all times.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and workstations.
- Coordinate with Quality and Stores teams to ensure smooth production flow.
- Support troubleshooting, rework, and line-balancing activities as required.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in EV, automotive, manufacturing, or assembly operations.
- Knowledge of production, assembly, and shop-floor practices.
- Basic understanding of EV components and vehicle assembly processes.
- Ability to read work instructions, assembly drawings, and production documents.
- Good teamwork, discipline, and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Educational Qualification
ITI (Fitter, Mechanical, Electrical) / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile Engineering.
