Business Development Associate
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company's sales and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Present company products and services to potential customers and address their business needs.
- Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and follow-up discussions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective business strategies.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Prior experience in business development or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
