Experience: 1+ year in Field Recruitment / Blue-Collar Hiring
We are looking for an energetic and self-driven Field Recruiter to join our recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and mobilize blue-collar candidates through field visits
- Build relationships with NGOs, GDA centres, training institutes and community groups
- Conduct job fairs and recruitment drives
- Generate candidate leads through multiple sourcing channels
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
- Manage documentation and onboarding
- Achieve hiring targets within timelines
- Travel locally for recruitment activities
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1+ year of experience in field recruitment
- Experience in blue-collar hiring preferred
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Comfortable with field-based recruitment and local travel
Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
