Key Responsibilities*
- *Calendar & Schedule Management*: Book meetings, manage appointments, plan travel itineraries, send reminders, resolve scheduling conflicts.
- *Communication*: Screen calls/emails, draft replies, take meeting minutes, act as first point of contact for clients/vendors.
- *Travel & Logistics*: Book flights, hotels, cabs. Arrange visas, prepare expense reports, manage travel docs.
- *Documentation*: Prepare presentations, reports, letters. Maintain filing systems, both digital & physical. Handle confidential info.
- *Task Coordination*: Follow up on delegated tasks, track deadlines, coordinate with teams on behalf of the executive.
- *Personal Errands*: Sometimes includes bill payments, event planning, family scheduling — depends on role.
- *Office Management*: Order supplies, liaise with vendors, organize office events or board meetings.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
