Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live product demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Explain WAiSE features and business benefits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Guide customers through the complete onboarding process.
- Assist customers in configuring and using the platform.
- Follow up with trial users and help convert them into paying customers.
- Coordinate with the technical team for implementation and customer support.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
