Role Overview
We are looking for driven Operations Specialists to own end-to-end execution across order processing, kit readiness, inventory management, logistics coordination, and client-wise reporting. You will be the engine that keeps our on-ground operations running smoothly — ensuring SLA adherence, accurate data tracking, and timely delivery across all systems.

Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Execution (Order & Case Management)
- Manage end-to-end processing and tracking of fresh orders, renewals, and re-orders
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure timely design, QC, and dispatch readiness
- Monitor SLA/TAT compliance and proactively flag risks or bottlenecks
- Own escalations and drive closures within defined timelines
2. Logistics, Dispatch & Supply Chain
- Plan and coordinate daily dispatch schedules and shipment logistics
- Track shipment status, delivery updates, delays, and RTO cases through to resolution
- Liaise with courier partners on pickups, tracking updates, and issue resolution
- Maintain precise shipment documentation — AWBs, manifests, delivery proofs, etc.
3. Inventory & Supply Chain Management
- Maintain optimal inventory levels for kits and components aligned to demand forecasts
- Track all inward/outward stock movements — dispatches, returns, and replacements
- Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile physical vs. system inventory
- Raise procurement/indent requests and manage vendor replenishment coordination
- Ensure clean inventory records, batch tracking (where applicable), and consumption reporting
4. Reporting & Data Management (Excel / Google Sheets)
- Own daily/weekly operational MIS — both client-wise and consolidated views
- Track key metrics: TAT, dispatch rate, RTO %, pending cases, and inventory burn
- Manage client-specific operational data with high accuracy and adherence to reporting timelines
- Spot trends and anomalies in reports; surface actionable insights to the team lead
5. Coordination & Documentation
- Maintain up-to-date case notes, activity logs, and records in CRM/dashboards
- Collaborate with sales and support teams for smooth client onboarding and issue resolution
- Follow SOPs rigorously and proactively suggest process improvements
Requirements
Must Have
- Graduate/Diploma in any discipline (Operations or Supply Chain preferred)
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in operations and fulfilment
- Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets — MIS, trackers, reconciliation, and data accuracy
- Excellent coordination and follow-up skills across multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Willing to work full-time from our Vikhroli, Mumbai office (no WFH)
Good to Have
- Prior exposure to healthcare, SaaS operations, or high-volume fulfilment environments
- Familiarity with courier dashboards and shipment tracking tools
- Working knowledge of SLA/TAT frameworks and operational KPIs
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
Quick Eligibility Check

What We Offer
Compensation & Benefits
- Base CTC: ₹4 – 6 Lacs per annum (commensurate with experience)
Work Environment
- Modern office in Vikhroli, Mumbai
- Monday to Saturday | Rotational week-offs
- Day shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
