We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented IPO Associate to support our Initial Public Offering (IPO) and capital market activities. The candidate will assist in IPO research, financial analysis, documentation, compliance coordination, and market-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in IPO preparation, execution, and coordination activities.
- Conduct industry research, company analysis, and market analysis.
- Support preparation and review of IPO-related documents such as DRHP, RHP, and investor presentations.
- Analyze financial statements, business performance, and valuation reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams, legal advisors, auditors, and other stakeholders.
- Track capital market trends, IPO announcements, and competitor activities.
- Assist in due diligence processes and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and analytical summaries for management review.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, IPO process, and corporate finance concepts.
- Good analytical and research skills.
- Ability to analyze financial statements and market data.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial research tools.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of investment banking, equity research, merchant banking, or capital markets.
- Experience with financial modelling and valuation concepts is an advantage.
