What You Will Do:
- Support monthly accounting RTR Intercompany processes.

Contribute to achieve internal metrics defined in the agreed SLAs.

Stablish & monitor KPI's to achieve goals. Set team goals to be align with the company strategy.

Develop and maintain collaborative, cooperative, effective Partnerships with Country Controllers, local accounting staff, and Corporate Functions.

Manage ERP and technology tools (e.g. SAP, Oracle, HFM, EPM, Workday).
-
Maintain and improve processes, procedures, and documentation.
-
Support and cross-train team members on department responsibilities.
-
Detect, analyze, and escalate accounting processes and tasks that are malfunctioning or need to be improved and possibly launch a new project.

Support internal & external audits.
-
Set up goals and discuss performances with Supervisors.
-
Work on succession plans (detect potential candidates and develop strategies).

Build talent and career plan with the members of the team+E12.
-
Support managements in salary strategy & merit process.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance and two to four years of significant work experience.

Advanced English level (oral and writing)

Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft tools

Strong attention to detail, with sensitivity to deadlines.

Result oriented and proactive.

Self-Driven & Solution mindset

Knowledge of SAP and Power BI will be a plus.
