Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily dairy plant or dairy farm operations to ensure smooth production and distribution.
- Manage procurement, processing, storage, and quality control of milk and dairy products.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor production schedules, inventory, and stock levels.
- Lead and supervise production, quality, and operations teams.
- Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and customers for timely deliveries.
- Optimize operational efficiency, control costs, and minimize wastage.
- Prepare production reports, MIS, and performance analysis.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, Agriculture, or a related field.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
