Job Title: Head – People & Culture (HR) Location: Coimbatore (Onsite) CTC: Up to ₹18 LPA
The Head – People & Culture will be responsible for driving organizational culture, and HR operations. This role goes beyond traditional HR and requires a strategic leader who can partner with the leadership team to attract, develop, and retain top talent while creating an engaging and high-performance workplace. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the IT or BPO industry and possess the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and implement the organization's People & Culture strategy in alignment with business goals. ● Lead all HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations. ● Build and nurture a strong organizational culture that reflects the company's values and growth aspirations. ● Partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop talent strategies. ● Establish scalable HR processes and frameworks to support business growth. ● Drive leadership hiring and succession planning initiatives. ● Design and implement employee retention and recognition programs. ● Create and execute performance management and career development programs. ● Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies. ● Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling effectively. ● Develop HR dashboards and analytics to support data-driven decision-making. ● Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, accountability, and collaboration. Desired Candidate Profile ● 10–15 years of HR experience, preferably within the IT Services or BPO industry. ● Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a leadership or HR Head role. ● Strong understanding of modern HR practices, talent management, and organizational development. ● Experience managing large and diverse teams is highly desirable. ● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. ● Proven ability to influence leadership teams and drive organizational change.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
