We are hiring an enthusiastic Reasoning Faculty member who specializes in both Verbal & Non-Verbal Reasoning to train students for competitive exams. The role demands strong conceptual knowledge, effective teaching methodology, and the ability to enhance students’ analytical thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Verbal & Non-Verbal Reasoning including topics such as:
Puzzles, Seating Arrangement, Coding-Decoding, Syllogism, Blood Relations, Analogies, Series, Classification, Direction Sense, etc.
- Conduct on-site, interactive classroom sessions
- Develop study materials, worksheets, and mock test content
- Track student performance, provide doubt-clearing support
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of exam patterns and reasoning trends
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree , related field
- Strong reasoning aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Prior teaching experience in competitive exam coaching (preferred)
