Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and confidential Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle communications, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the CEO's office. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodation.
Screen calls, emails, and correspondence; prioritize and respond when appropriate.
Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
Follow up with internal teams on action items and project updates.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Maintain confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion.
Organize executive meetings, events, and business engagements.
Assist in preparing business reports, MIS, and executive dashboards.
Handle administrative and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the CEO.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
Experience in calendar management, travel coordination, and stakeholder management preferred.
