About the Role
JuzGo Holiday is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Junior Travel Consultants to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about travel, customer service, and holiday planning. Candidates will assist customers in planning tours, travel packages, bookings, and travel-related services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with domestic and international travel inquiries
- Guide clients in selecting suitable tour packages and travel plans
- Coordinate hotel bookings, transportation, and itinerary planning
- Maintain customer records and follow up on travel requirements
- Provide excellent customer support through phone, email, and direct communication
- Work closely with the operations and sales team for smooth travel arrangements
- Handle basic documentation and travel-related coordination
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the booking process
Eligibility Criteria
- Preferred candidates from MBA in Travel & Tourism Management background (not mandatory)
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for travel and tourism industry
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
