Granulation Operator – Pharmaceutical Formulation

Job Responsibilities
- Operate granulation equipment such as RMG, FBD, Multi Mill, Sifter and Blender as per SOP and BMR.
- Execute wet granulation and drying processes as per approved manufacturing procedures.
- Monitor process parameters such as mixing time, speed, temperature and LOD.
- Perform equipment cleaning, changeover and line clearance activities.
- Ensure proper material charging and safe equipment operation.
- Maintain BMR, equipment logbooks and production records as per GDP.
- Follow GMP, SOP, safety and housekeeping requirements.
- Coordinate with QA/IPQA and Production team during batch execution.
- Report equipment/process abnormalities and deviations to the supervisor.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Qualification
ITI / Diploma / B.Pharm / relevant technical qualification.
Skills: Granulation equipment handling, GMP, BMR documentation, safety awareness and teamwork.
