An In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) fresher in the food industry is responsible for monitoring production lines, enforcing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ensuring daily safety protocols are met. This role prevents contamination and defects before the food product is finalized.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: B.Sc. or B.Tech in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Biotechnology, or Microbiology.
Skills: Strong observational skills, basic understanding of HACCP, FSSAI regulations, and MS Office.
Experience: Fresher (0 to 1 year)
Core Responsibilities:
Line Clearance: Inspect and verify that production and packaging lines are clean, sanitized, and free of previous products before starting a new batch.
In-Process Monitoring: Conduct real-time checks on food processing parameters (e.g., temperature, weight, pH, and moisture levels) on the shop floor.
CCP Verification: Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) to ensure potential hazards (physical, chemical, or biological) are actively controlled.
Hygiene & Sanitation Compliance: Ensure operators adhere to Good Hygiene Practices (GHP), wear proper protective equipment (hairnets, gloves), and maintain clean work areas.
Documentation: Verify and record data in In-Process Quality check sheets, Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), and Batch Packing Records (BPR).
Deviation Reporting: Identify any non-conformities during production and immediately report them to the QA Manager.
Traceability: Ensure raw materials and packaging materials are correctly labeled and traced throughout the manufacturing process.
