- We are seeking a visionary, highly collaborative, and experienced Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to join our executive leadership team. In this role, you will serve as the leading clinical voice of our organization, driving the strategic direction for all medical services, clinical quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between clinical operations and business strategy, ensuring that our medical staff delivers the highest standard of care while aligning with our organizational growth goals.

- Clinical Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight for all medical departments, clinical programs, and healthcare services.
- Quality & Patient Safety: Develop, implement, and monitor clinical protocols, quality assurance initiatives, and patient safety measures to ensure superior outcomes.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations, as well as accreditation standards (e.g., Joint Commission, CMS).
- Staff Management & Engagement: Lead, mentor, and evaluate the clinical team, including medical directors and attending physicians. Foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO, CFO, and Board of Directors to develop long-term strategic plans, manage clinical budgets, and optimize resource allocation.
- Community & Stakeholder Representation: Act as the primary medical spokesperson for the organization, building strong relationships with community partners, public health officials, and industry stakeholders.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
