Job Summary
Urban King Hotel is a premium hospitality unit featuring a 150-cover restaurant and three banquets with capacities of 500, 250, and 100 guests respectively. We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through banquet sales, corporate tie-ups, events, and strategic market outreach.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the hotel’s market presence, generating new business, managing key client relationships, and implementing innovative sales strategies to maximize occupancy and event bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day sales activities to ensure consistent business growth.
- Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, wedding planners, schools, hospitals, and local institutions.
- Actively scout new business opportunities in nearby industrial areas, local markets, and commercial hubs.
- Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to increase banquet bookings and restaurant footfall.
- Conduct regular client meetings, property visits, and sales presentations.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay competitive.
- Coordinate closely with operations, finance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of events and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, finalize deals, and ensure timely closure of bookings.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Represent Urban King Hotel at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in hospitality sales, banquet sales, hotel sales, or related sectors.
- Strong local market knowledge and networking capabilities.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
