Job Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor CNC machines to perform precision machining operations.*
Read and understand engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical instructions.
Set up CNC machines including tools, fixtures, and materials before starting production.
Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
Measure finished products using instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues during production.
Maintain production records and report daily output to the supervisor.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of CNC machine operation.
Ability to read technical drawings and measurements.
Knowledge of measuring tools and instruments.
Basic understanding of machining processes and tools.
Attention to detail and quality control.
Ability to work in shifts if required.
Educational Qualification:
Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering, Production, or relevant technical field.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
