Job Title: EV Scooty Warehouse Operator & Back Office Executive
Location: Kolkata
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 (based on experience)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented candidate to manage warehouse operations for electric scooters along with back office responsibilities. The role requires basic technical understanding of EV scooties, stock handling, and strong knowledge of Advanced Excel for reporting and data management.
Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations (EV Scooty)
- Manage inward and outward stock of electric scooties and spare parts
- Maintain proper inventory records and stock updates
- Check vehicle condition during receiving and dispatch
- Coordinate with service team and logistics for smooth operations
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Handle basic scooty movement and arrangement
Back Office Work
- Maintain daily reports of stock, sales, and dispatch
- Data entry and documentation of invoices, delivery challans, etc.
- Coordinate with dealers, vendors, and internal teams
- Handle emails, calls, and follow-ups professionally
- Maintain proper filing (digital & physical records)
Advanced Excel Responsibilities
- Prepare MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Use formulas like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, etc.
- Stock analysis and report generation
- Data tracking and performance reports
- Maintain accurate Excel databases
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of electric vehicles (EV scooty preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel
- Good communication skills (Hindi/Bengali/English)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling)
- Organized, responsible, and multitasking ability
Qualification
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Experience in warehouse or back office will be an advantage
