We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support our recruitment team by sourcing candidates and building talent pipelines using various recruitment platforms.
Job Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates for US-based job openings.
- Search and identify candidates using LinkedIn, Dice, Glassdoor, and HiringCafe.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Perform candidate research based on job requirements.
- Use Boolean search techniques to identify suitable profiles.
- Maintain candidate records and update sourcing activities.
- Coordinate with recruiters to understand hiring requirements.
- Stay updated on hiring trends and recruitment best practices.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic computer and internet research skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Dice, Glassdoor, or HiringCafe is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily sourcing targets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in recruitment, sourcing, or digital research is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.

Salary
₹10,000 per month (Based on experience)
