Job Summary
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Amazon, Google, Meta, and quick-commerce platforms. You will drive growth by leveraging data-driven insights, managing budgets, leading a small team, and collaborating cross-functionally to maximize ROI and deliver business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end strategy, execution, and performance of paid campaigns across Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta, and quick-commerce platforms.
- Lead and mentor a team of associates/executives to ensure flawless execution and continuous optimization of campaigns.
- Analyze and interpret campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, ACoS, etc.) to generate insights and drive business decisions.
- Develop and implement advanced audience segmentation, keyword strategy, and competitor benchmarking for scalable growth.
- Present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and clients.
- Collaborate with Creative, Category, and Brand teams to ensure campaign strategies align with business and brand objectives.
- Manage and monitor campaign budgets, proactively identifying anomalies and recommending corrective measures.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, emerging tools, and industry trends to continuously improve performance marketing practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 3–7 years of proven experience in digital/performance marketing across Amazon, Google, Meta, and quick-commerce platforms.
- Strong expertise in campaign management, analytics, and budget ownership.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amazon Ads Manager, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a team, with strong leadership and collaboration skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment managing multiple priorities.
