We are hiring for Statutory Compliance Executive
Location Chennai
Salary - 3 lakhs per annum
Experience: 3-5 years
Key Responsibilities:
1. Compliance Management
o Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements such as:
Provident Fund (PF)
Employees’ State Insurance (ESI)
Professional Tax (PT)
Income Tax (TDS)
Handle periodic statutory audits and inspections.
2. Documentation and Reporting
o Maintain updated records of statutory filings and registrations.
o Prepare and file returns for PF, ESI, PT, TDS, GST, etc.
o Assist with annual compliance returns (Form 16, Form 24Q, etc.)
3. Liaison and Coordination
o Coordinate with statutory authorities (EPFO, ESIC, Labour Office, etc.)
o Support HR and payroll teams in legal compliance-related matters.
o Liaise with auditors and legal advisors.
4. Payroll Support
o Ensure correct deductions for PF, ESI, PT, and TDS in payroll processing.
o Verify payroll registers and assist in salary disbursement compliance.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
