Qualification
ITI (Machinist, Turner, Fitter, CNC Operator, Tool & Die Maker, or equivalent)
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering
Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC and VMC machines under the guidance of senior operators.
Load and unload components on machines.
Follow production plans, work instructions, and engineering drawings.
Perform basic offset adjustments and tool changes with supervision.
Check component dimensions using vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Ensure quality standards are maintained during production.
Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S and safety practices.
Report any machine faults, tool wear, or quality issues to the supervisor.
Complete production records accurately.
Work in rotational shifts as per production requirements.
Skill Requirements
Basic knowledge of CNC/VMC machining.
Basic understanding of engineering drawings.
Knowledge of measuring instruments.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
