Reporting To: OT In-Charge / Nursing Superintendent / OT Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Operation Theatre ki daily preparation aur readiness maintain karna.
- OT instruments, surgical sets aur required equipment ko procedure se pehle arrange karna.
- Surgical instruments ki cleaning, disinfection aur sterilization process mein assist karna.
- OT table, lights, suction machine, cautery aur other equipment ki availability/checking ensure karna.
- Surgery ke dauran doctors, surgeons aur nursing staff ko required instruments/materials provide karna.
- Patient shifting aur positioning mein nursing team ke saath assist karna.
- Sterile field aur OT infection-control protocols maintain karna.
- Biomedical waste ko hospital policy ke according segregate aur dispose karna.
- OT mein cleanliness, hygiene aur aseptic conditions maintain karna.
- Used instruments aur equipment ko procedure ke baad properly clean karke designated area mein rakhna.
- OT consumables aur surgical supplies ka stock check karna aur shortage ki information senior staff ko dena.
- Emergency OT procedures mein promptly assist karna.
- Hospital ke infection control, safety aur patient-care protocols ka strictly follow karna.
- OT In-Charge dwara assigned other duties ko responsibly perform karna.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- OT Assistant / OT Technician course or relevant qualification preferred.
- Hospital/Operation Theatre ka practical experience preferred.
- Surgical instruments aur OT equipment ki basic knowledge.
- Infection control aur sterilization procedures ki understanding.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Emergency situations mein calm aur responsible behaviour.
- Basic documentation aur record maintenance ki ability.
Duty & Work Conditions
- Duty Hours: 8 Hours per Shift
- Shift: Rotational Shift as per Hospital Duty Roster
- Weekly Off: As per Hospital Policy/Roster
- Experience: Freshers may be considered based on qualification and skills.
Pay: ₹16,000.87 - ₹25,000.23 per month
