Job Purpose
To lead the Accounts Department, manage financial operations across all branches, monitor cash flow, ensure statutory compliance, and provide accurate financial information to support business growth and profitability.

B. Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter Preferred
Key Responsibilities
Financial & Accounts Management
- Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations of all branches.
- Ensure accurate recording of sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor profitability and financial performance of each branch.
- Develop and implement financial controls and accounting procedures.
Branch Cash Flow Management
- Monitor daily cash inflow and outflow across all branches.
- Ensure timely bank deposits and cash transfers.
- Track branch-wise cash positions and prepare cash flow forecasts.
- Verify branch collections, petty cash, and cash reconciliation reports.
- Coordinate with branch managers to ensure proper cash handling and compliance.
- Identify and resolve cash shortages, excesses, and discrepancies.
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, supervise, and develop the Accounts Team.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide coaching to team members.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Accounts, Operations, HR, and Branch Teams.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Budgeting & Financial Planning
- Prepare annual budgets and monitor budget utilization.
- Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Support management with financial planning and decision-making.
Compliance & Audit
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Accounts Receivable & Payable Management
- Monitor customer collections and outstanding receivables.
- Ensure timely vendor payments and account reconciliation.
- Control credit limits and improve collection efficiency.
Reporting & MIS
- Prepare branch-wise MIS reports and financial dashboards.
- Present financial reports to management.
- Provide analysis on sales, expenses, inventory, and profitability.
Experience
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- At least 2–3 years of experience managing an accounts team and multiple branches.

Special Responsibility
The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing branch-wise cash flow, monitoring daily collections, ensuring proper utilization of funds, and leading the Accounts Team to achieve financial accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across all branches.
