Role Overview:
As a Dispatch Manager based in Bangalore, you will serve as the backbone of our daily fulfillment operations. You will oversee the entire outbound process, ensuring that orders move seamlessly from our inventory to the end customer. You will work closely with warehouse staff, logistics partners, and the internal operations team to troubleshoot bottlenecks, optimize dispatch timelines, and maintain high service-level agreements. Your efforts will directly influence customer satisfaction and the overall efficiency of our supply chain network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily dispatch schedules to ensure all customer orders are processed and shipped within defined timelines.
- Manage inventory accuracy by conducting regular audits and reconciling stock levels to prevent fulfillment delays.
- Collaborate with logistics vendors to track shipments and resolve transit issues, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Monitor order management systems to identify and rectify processing errors before they impact the end-user experience.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends in dispatch performance and implement process improvements to increase throughput.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume dispatch operations and inventory workflows in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using order management systems and supply chain software to track and report on operational KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret logistics data and make real-time decisions that minimize operational downtime.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and external logistics partners.
- Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment in Bangalore, maintaining composure and efficiency during peak demand periods.
- 1 - 4 years of relevant experience in supply chain or logistics operations.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
