1. Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in IPR Law Firm.
2. Managing Trademark, Copyrights, Design and Patent application and Opposition and Litigation matters.
3. Ability to Maintain Timelines
4. The candidate must have good research skills along with good communication and writing capabilities in English
5. Managing legal Notices, Reply and other Legal Correspondences
6. Good Legal Drafting skill
7. Time Management skill
8. Good Interpersonal skill
9. Computer Proficiency
